Three sophomores planned to study abroad for five-week summer programs. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus, their summer plans have been cancelled.
Sophomore Jackie Ferrufino and freshman Marcela Madrid, both former Breakthrough students, now teach lower income students for the same program.

Students give back to community through Breakthrough Houston
