Sophomore Jack Shea has been working on his Independent Study Project film for seven months. The documentary, entitled “Send Me: Veterans’ Recollections of the War on Terror,” focuses on Iraq and Afghanistan veterans, who Shea contacted through his local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post (Post 8790). The project deals with their wartime experiences as well as their adjustment back to civilian life.
