Last Wednesday’s chapel featured students who participated in the School Year Abroad program (SYA) as well as a dance performance by senior Tiffany Yue. Junior Cameron Weiner and seniors Lin Guo and Eleanor-Day Kornberg each studied last year in Chile, France and China, respectively. Their speeches consisted of wistful recollections about their foreign experiences.

“It taught me not only how to apologize, but also how to move on,” Cameron said. “I learned that quality of life trumps all, and I learned that college is going to be very difficult without my mom’s cooking.”
