Track Six: Midnight Rain

“Midnight Rain” is the song that made this album “mid.” For us, this song was an utter disappointment. We paused it after listening to it for only a second. The low-pitched EDM-sounding auto-tune startled us. Our guess is that Swift wrote this song intending to shake us awake when we start to doze off during our sleepless nights. Overall, this song was not our favorite.
