The weekend before school began, the Class of 2026 embarked on a two-hour trip to Carolina Creek, where an amalgamation of house competitions, outdoor activities and bonding activities awaited them.

On June 6, St. John's narrowly won the National Economics Challenge. The four schools that competed in the finals were St. John’s, Phillips Exeter, Dana Hall and Mount Hebron.

On Sept. 8, Queen Elizabeth II of England passed at 96. SJS faculty member Jennifer Bowen, an avid collector of royal family items, was particularly struck by the news.
SAAG members and leadership pose after performing a Bollywood dance to a medley of popular South Asian songs including “Laal Ghaghra” and “Tamma Tamma Again.” The music was compiled by SAAG Vice President Afraaz Malick, and the dance was choreographed by Malick and Sophomore Representative Nadiya Naehr.

The Texas primaries kicked off the nationwide midterm election season on March 1. Although early voting began on Feb. 14, several SJS students have volunteered for local candidates since Fall 2021.
